Cache County Fair 2010

Here are a few pics of the trip we took to the Cache County Fair this year. Only pics I took of the rodeo was the men that took part in the Bull Poker....CRAZY people!

Mess Mother Nature left us

On August 7th around 7 in the morning the wind decided to blow VERY hard. Well it took our tree down with it & took our power out for 3 days with it. Luckily we have very sweet neighbors that borrowed us a generator for a fan & a little light to feed the little ones & for cutting down our tree for us. We owe Bryce & Mike a ton! Thanks guys!!!

Tynlee LaDeane McBride

On July 23rd at 7:50, Tynlee LaDeane McBride arrived in the world. Just is just the most precious thing I've ever seen (besides her big brother when he was born). She was 7 lbs 6 oz when she was born & on her 2 week check up, she was 8 lbs 9 oz, so growing like a weed! Her big brother loves her so much & is so good with her. Thanks to everyone for the great gifts you have gotten us & Tynlee, we appreciate it very much.

Primary Childrens Hospital Visit

The last weekend of June we took Tayeson into the Logan InstaCare due to him saying his stomach hurt. Well they took a stomach x-ray & said he was constipated. Then the next day while at work I got a call from Logan InstaCare stating they seen fluid on his chest in the stomach x-ray & would like for him to come back for chest x-rays. So Josh took off work & took him in. Come to find out he had pnemonia. So they gave us some antibiotics for him. Well 3 days later he wasn't feeling better at all, so we took him into Dr. Brown. Dr Brown did some blood work & more x-rays & told Josh he was sending us to Primary Children's Hospital down in Salt Lake City as Tayeson was worst off than InstaCare was telling us. We got to Primary Children's around 5:30 on July 1st & got admitted (then about 20 minutes later found out that Josh's grandma passed away). They ended up having to put a chest tube in Tayeson on his right side to drain all the fluid he had in his lungs that was making him very sick. After they did that he wasn't eating as much as they wanted him to, so he ended up having to get a feeding tube down his nose so they could get food in him & get his strength back up. Josh, Tayeson & I (I was still pregnant with Tynlee then) want to thank everyone that came to see us in this very stressful week Tayeson was in the hospital. We especially owe my sister Brandie & her husband Brett a HUGE thank you for feeding us most the days we were there & to my parents for feeding us & keeping us company after they got back from their Cali trip. WE LOVE YOU GUYS VERY MUCH!!! THANK YOU!

Ok, sorry I haven't updated our blog in FOREVER! We have had A LOT going on the past couple months, so I will update as much as I can remember happening in the next couple posts. SORRY AGAIN!

Memorial Day Weekend 2010

This Memorial Day weekend, we just hung around home & then went down to my parents house. On Memorial Day my sister & I took Tayeson swimming at the Bountiful Rec Center. We all had so much fun!

Jackson Hole Trip & Ruby's Graduation

This year my cousin Ruby graduated from high school in Greybull, WY. Instead of going straight to Greybull, we decided to go to Jackson Hole for a night & then head to Greybull. We had fun walking around the shops in Jackson, but the ride to Greybull wasn't that fun, if you can tell by the SNOW in MAY! Congrats on the graduation Ruby!

The Newest Additions

Well we have 2 new additions to the McBride Family. We were going to get bunnies around Easter, but all the stores sold out so we couldn't. The day we got out of the hospital Josh wanted to go look at them & possibly buy one. Well we got there & I knew we couldn't leave without one because Tayeson (and Josh) were to excited. I told Josh we could buy ONE & he said we couldn't buy just one, so we ended up buying 2. We let Tayeson name them (both girls) & the out come was Curtis & Fluffy (Tayeson is holding Curtis & Josh is holding Fluffy). Tayeson is liking coming home every night to let them out & to play with them. It really tortures the dogs because all they see in the bunnies is a snack (you can see the look on Chuck's face in one of the pics). Tayeson can't wait to bring them to Grandma Becky's this weekend to show them off. He is a good helper with them.

Josh in Hospital

As most of you know by now, Josh had to spend a night in the hospital as he was kicked by a horse in the stomach & had internal bleeding. All is well now, he is just very sore. Thanks to everyone who sent caring text messages to us & a HUGE thank you to Kowboy & Heather for bringing us dinner the day we got out.

Baby McBride

Well we have finally decided on a name for our little girl. Her name will be Tynlee Marie McBride. It took alot of discussion & not letting Josh go to bed until we got a name, but we finally got one!

Upcoming Craft Projects

So as most of you know, my mom own her own craft company, Country Bum Creations. These are the projects we will be doing in May. If you are interested in making one or all these projects, let me know & I can get you set-up with my mom. (The first & last one you will need to get a frame for.)

Cousins

A couple weeks ago my cousin Chase & his wife Di brought over their new baby, Nikolas. We kinda wanted to see how Tayeson would react around another baby & his mommy & daddy (& Grandma Becky) holding & interacting with since his sister will be here in 13 weeks. Aunt Brandie took him downstairs to hold baby Niko with no one watching, well as soon as he got ready to grab Niko everyone came downstairs so he didn't want to hold him anymore. Tayeson finally warmed up to everyone & started holding him. He wouldn't put Niko down & when he did mommy or daddy had him & he wanted baby Niko back. I can't wait to see how Tayeson interacts with his baby sister when she don't leave!

Easter 2010

This year for Easter my family came up & spent Friday night with us. Mom had to be back down in SL for work on Saturday, so we just did dinner at Texas Roadhouse on Friday & then took Tayeson to the Easter egg hunt Saturday morning, then colored eggs & then did lunch, then they all went back down to Bountiful. On Saturday night the Easter bunny came to the McBride house. I think he kinda forgot about mom cause I only got 2 tank tops & a diaper bag & the boys & the baby got ALOT more. Maybe I wasn't as good?! Tayeson can't wait to go fishing with daddy, hopefully it will get warm where they can go. There are pics below of the Easter egg hunt, coloring eggs (my sister & I had more fun than Tayeson did) & what the Easter bunny brough all of us.
